In Unorderable Connections, the theme of virtual and reality inherent in perceptual experiences is expressed. The television placed alone on the screen constitutes another frame within the frame. A hand entering the large frame often manipulates the television, flipping channels or adjusting the flickering screen, constantly interfering with the situation inside the television frame. Scenes of war or sexual movie scenes broadcasted on the television serve as a reminder of the fact that they cannot escape control and interference.

<접촉 불량> 에서는 시지각적 경험이 지니는 가상과 실재에 관한 주제 의식을 표현하고 있다. 스크린 속에 덩그러니 놓인 텔레비전은 프레임 속의 또 다른 프레임을 구성한다. 커다란 프레임 속에 들어온 손은 채널을 이리저리 돌리기도 하고 지지직거리는 화면을 맞춰보려는 듯 텔레비전을 두들기기도 하면서 끊임없이 텔레비전 프레임 안쪽 상황에 간섭한다. 텔레비전을 타고 흘러나오는 전쟁 장면, 선정적인 영화 장면 등은 더 이상 실제 세계의 생생한 모습이라기보다는 통제와 간섭에서 결코 벗어날 수 없는, 실제와 같지 않은 분리된 공간이라는 사실을 끊임없이 상기시킨다.
