Tiger Lives celebrates the New Year in Korea in the year 2000. It encapsulates the desire for a prosperous future for both individuals and the nation. The work serves a ceremonial purpose akin to making wishes come true, portraying the creative efforts of the artist akin to Korea's tiger. It features the artist's rendition of Larry Miller's "Sentinel" alongside Tracey Leipold, as well as moments with Charlotte Moorman and John Cage set to the music of Stefan Vittello. Additionally, symbolic representations of tension and division between North and South Korea are depicted through the imagery of two tigers and the rituals of a shaman performed between scenes.
