It is a short rock opera composed of songs written by a group called ‘Astrud’ that tells the story of a footballer who wants to become a video writer. Having been on the path of a promising footballer since he was a child, he decides to quit soccer to live a new life as an artist as he experiences a "solid mystery" in art. However, the main character's mother, lover, and friends are very skeptical about his decision. The work deals with the general public's thoughts on contemporary artists, and it also humorously and melancholy the existential problems that contemporary artists commonly encounter in society and the ideologies that appear in the art world's system.
‘아스트루드’라는 그룹이 쓴 곡들로 만들어진 짧은 락 오페라로, 비디오 작가가 되고 싶어 하는 한 축구선수의 이야기를 다루고 있다. 어렸을 때부터 유망한 축구 선수의 길을 걸어왔던 그는 어느 날 예술 속에서 ‘확고한 신비로움’을 경험하게 되면서 예술가로서 새로운 인생을 살기 위해 축구를 그만두기로 결심한다. 그러나 주인공의 어머니, 애인, 친구들은 그의 결심에 대해 매우 회의적인 분위기를 풍긴다. 이 작품은 현대 예술가들에 대한 일반 대중들의 생각들을 다루며, 더불어 현대 예술가들이 사회 속에서 흔히 부딪치게 되는 실존적 문제들과 미술계의 체계 안에서 나타나는 이데올로기를 유머러스하면서도 멜랑콜리하게 담아낸다.
