The artist's works add an eerie and macabre touch to traditional fairy tales, creating new feminist narratives. Beneath the skin tells a story of a nightmare where the protagonist discovers her murdered boyfriend in the closet, depicted through hallucinatory and grotesque imagery. Songs about Barbie and Ken, along with the girl singing on a swinging swing, traverse between reality and hallucination beneath the sleeping woman's face, reconstructing the myth of sexual and violent romance alongside the woman's embellished narrative.
