Zenteki Ni Ibitsu Na Koukatsu – Ver.2, (Eccentric News) is an installation based on a unique software program. It collects news from the web, reads it via text-to-speech, and searches for related images and captions, presenting them in a recontextualized flow. This second work in a series visualizes the subtle discomforts and discrepancies in our lives by converting daily information into data. It reflects on the creation and awakening through the perturbation of memories and meanings.
<전체에 이질적인 고칼츠 – 버전 2, (엉뚱한 뉴스)>는 인터넷에서 수집한 뉴스를 자동 음성 변환 소프트웨어를 사용해 읽어내고, 이와 관련한 이미지와 캡션을 검색하여 재구성하는 소프트웨어 프로그램을 기반으로 한다. 이 작품은 일상을 데이터로 처리하는데 발생하는 오류를 시각화한다.
