Minjung Kim's work 100ft is a 3-minute color film without sound. The film consists of a single uninterrupted shot, utilizing an entire 100-foot roll of 16mm film. The unit of measurement for feet, originally derived from the size of an adult man's foot, is used to measure distances. In this piece, a man with one-foot-sized feet and a woman with 0.75-foot-sized feet appear. As the 100-foot-long film progresses, two people start from the same point but as time passes, their distance from each other gradually increases.
김민정의 작품 <100피트>는 사운드가 없는 3분짜리 컬러 필름이다. 이 영화는 컷 없이 100피트 롤의 16mm 필름을 전부 사용해서 촬영했다. 거리를 재는 단위인 피트는 원래 성인 남자의 발 사이즈에서 유래했다. 이 작품에서는 1피트의 발을 가진 남자와 0.75피트 발을 가진 여자가 등장한다. 100피트 길이의 필름이 진행되는 동안 둘은 화면과 풍경을 가로지르고, 시간이 흘러갈수록 서로의 거리는 점점 멀어진다.
