Mariana Vasilleva's work Tango conveys the spirit of tango through its simple yet powerful visual effects. Humans are born into solitude and learn to touch and move in the midst of longing. The body exists close to the beautiful meadow, rubbing, touching, and smelling the grass all over. The human body is placed on a meadow full of celestial flowers on Earth. Dance is an expression of physical joy in life and essentially the movement of lonely humanity. This work reflects on birth and death, showing that as death approaches, joy is sought in dance.
마리아나 바실리바의 작품 <탱고>는 단순하면서도 강렬한 시각적 효과를 통해 탱고의 정신을 전달한다. 인간은 고독 속에서 태어나고 갈망 속에서 무언가를 만지고 움직이는 방법을 터득한다. 영상에 등장하는 몸은 아름다운 초원에서 풀들의 냄새를 맡고, 만지고, 문지른다. 그리고 그 몸은 수선화가 가득한 초원 위에 있다. 춤은 삶에 대한 육체적 환희의 표현이며 본질적으로 고독한 인류의 움직임이다. 이 작품은 탄생과 죽음에 대한 성찰을 주며, 죽음이 다가올수록 춤에서 기쁨을 찾고 있음을 보여준다.
