Make Yourself is an experimental Polish dance performance featuring five women and male actors wearing sportswear. They are referred to by the nicknames High Speed, Coco, Lordi, Glow, and Beauty during the performance. The show begins with scenes of the actors undergoing training and education to create body shapes, resembling fantastic GIF images. Marta Ziółek, also known as 'Angel Dust', serves as the presenter and guide. The performance takes place somewhere between a gym and a techno club, with the actors perfectly reproducing product profiles reminiscent of designer brands and advertising slogans. <Make Yourself> has gained popularity in Poland for its innovative and experimental approach.
<너 자신을 만들어라>는 운동복을 착용한 다섯 명의 여성과 남성 연기자들로 구성되어 있는 실험적인 폴란드 댄스 퍼포먼스이다. 이들은 공연 중 ‘고속, 코코,로르디, 광채, 미’라는 별명으로 불린다. 공연은 연기자들이 훈련과 교육을 거치며 신체 조형을 만드는 장면으로 시작하는데, 이는 마치 환상적인 GIF 이미지처럼 보인다. 'Angel Dust'라 불리는 마르타 지오예크가 진행자이자 안내자 역할을 맡는다. 공연은 체육관과 테크노 클럽 사이 어딘가에서 진행되며, 연기자들은 디자이너 브랜드와 광고 슬로건을 연상시키는 상품 프로필을 완벽하게 재현한다. <너 자신을 만들어라>는 독창성을 바탕으로 한 실험적 태도로 폴란드에서 대중적인 인기를 얻었다.
