〈물길〉은 물이 공동의 문제가 되었을 때 사회가 구축해온 관리 시스템에 주목한다. 항만, 운하, 해상 항로, 방재 시설, 그리고 측정·계량 체계는 물을 통치 가능한 대상으로 만들고 접근을 조직하는 장치들이다. 이 장면은 물의 흐름이 어떻게 규제되고 배치되는지, 그 과정에서 위험과 권리가 어떻게 분배되는지를 묻는다.
Channelling Water turns to the systems built to manage water once it becomes a collective concern: ports, canals, shipping
routes, flood defences, and the measurement regimes through which water is governed and access is organized. This section focuses on works that ask how the flow of water is regulated and
arranged, how risk and rights are distributed in the process.
