The 2002 EMAP takes <Media Art> as its theme, exploring the role and characteristics of media in the realms of art and design, and presenting its potential as a new alternative. The exhibition transcends the blending and dissolution among various art genres, pursuing an extensive crossover, with particular emphasis on the potential of 'Single Channel Video.' The 2nd EMAP highlights the diverse possibilities of media art through the works of young artists and designers from Ewha Womans University, featuring pieces by Edward Kim and Nam June Paik. This festival provides a curated showcase of high-quality media art, showcasing a convergence of beauty, youth, and innovation.

2002년 이마프는 <미디어아트>를 주제로, 예술과 디자인의 영역에서 미디어의 역할과 그 특성을 탐구하며 새로운 대안으로서의 가능성을 제시한다. 이번 전시는 각 예술 장르 간의 혼합과 와해를 넘어서는 크로스오버를 추구하며, 특히 '싱글 채널 비디오'의 잠재력에 주목한다. 제2회 EMAP는 이화여대의 젊은 예술가 및 디자이너들의 작업을 통해 미디어아트의 다양한 가능성을 선보이며, 에드워드 김과 백남준의 작품을 포함한 미디어아트의 향연을 제공한다.
