Scene II: Territorial Flow
<흐르는 영토>는 비가 땅에 닿은 뒤의 물을 따라간다. 지표 유출이 이동하고, 고이며, 침식하고, 방향을 바꾸는 과정에서 땅은 안정된 바닥이 아니라 경계·인프라·불균등한 노출에 의해 형성되는 정치적 표면으로 드러난다. 홍수와 침식, 해수면 상승에 대한 취약성은 영토의 차등을 가시화한다. 이 장면에서는 물의 흐름이 국경·재산선·도로·방재 시설과 만나는 지점에서 발생하는 이주·침수·침식의 감각과 ‘영토가 다시 쓰이는 과정’을 다루는 영상들이 소개된다.
