〈흐르는 영토〉는 비가 땅에 닿은 뒤의 물을 따라간다. 지표 유출이 이동하고, 고이며, 침식하고, 방향을 바꾸는 과정에서 땅은 안정된 바닥이 아니라 경계·인프라·불균등한 노출에 의해 형성되는 정치적
표면으로 드러난다. 홍수와 침식, 해수면 상승에 대한 취약성은 영토의 차등을 가시화한다. 이 장면에서는 물의 흐름이 국경·재산선·도로·방재 시설과 만나는 지점에서 발생하는 이주·침수·침식의 감각과 ‘영토가 다시 쓰이는 과정’을 다루는 영상들이 소개된다.
Territorial Flow follows water after it touches the ground. As surface runoff moves, pools, erodes, and shifts course, the land reveals itself not as stable ground but as a political surface shaped by borders, infrastructure, and unequal exposure. Vulnerability to flooding, erosion,
and rising sea levels makes the unevenness of territory visible. This section presents works that address the sensations of displacement, inundation, and erosion—occurring where the flow of water meets national borders, property lines, roads, and flood-control infrastructure—and the process by which territory is continually rewritten.
