혼돈의 시대

The 2018 Ewha Green Movie Festival (EGMP) marked its 10th edition by introducing two new programs, "Ewha Media Art Presentation (EMAP)" and the newly launched "Ewha Film Festival." In 2018, with curator Shin Bo-seul at its core, EMAP expanded its focus by showcasing works that utilize digital media such as film, CG, installation art, interactive web art, and single-channel videos, presenting a new vision. Under the title "Video Portrait 2.5," the event featured 21 works from 18 countries, presenting narratives about personal stories, contemporary social life, and the art world on four screens. Noteworthy Korean and international artists participated in this event.  
We have prepared a special screening section featuring the works of director Byun Young-joo. In this section, we will introduce her various films to the audience and provide an opportunity to delve deeper into her filmmaking process and artistic style.

 2018년 이화 그린 무비 페스타 (EGMP)가 10회를 맞이하여, "이화 미디어 아트 프레젠테이션 (EMAP)"과 함께 새롭게 소개된 "이화 필름 페스티벌" 두 가지 프로그램을 선보였다. 신보슬 초빙큐레이터를 주축으로 2018년 EMAP는 영화, CG, 설치 미술, 인터랙티브 웹 아트, 싱글 채널 비디오를 전시하는 등 디지털 매체를 사용하는 작업들의 대상을 확장하며 새로운 비전을 제시했다. "비디오 포트레이트 2.5"라는 제목 아래, 개인의 이야기, 현대 사회 생활, 그리고 미술 세계에 대한 서사를 담은 18개국 21개 작품을 네 개의 스크린을 통해 선보이며, 주목할 만한 한국 및 국제 아티스트들이 본 행사에 참여했다. 
변영주 감독의 특별 섹션에서는 그녀의 다양한 영화들을 관객들에게 소개하고, 그녀의 영화 창작 과정과 예술적 스타일에 대해 더 깊이 알아볼 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다.
