This video work explores the concept of impermanence through the gradual disappearance of an enso circle drawn in ink on ice. This piece reflects her interest in the connections between physicality and spirituality, and the transient nature of life. The enso circle, symbolizing the universe and truth, dissolves into water, evoking the Buddhist concept of mujokan. Tsai’s work, alongside other artists' varied line drawings, prompts contemplation of the universe and spiritual realms, illustrating how simple acts can inspire new perspectives and possibilities.
