Ghost Forest Flower,

Ghost Forest Flower was crafted on Gapado, a small island of about 300 inhabitants, close to Jeju Island on the southern edge of South Korea. It captures the condensed energy the artist experienced there through sound. Having collected radio frequencies from ships traveling to and from the island, electrical noise from the island's generators, wind, waves, and blades of grass to create noise music, Jun’s work explores the movement of energy.
<야고>는 제주도 인근에 있는, 약 300명의 주민이 거주하는 작은 섬 가파도에서 제작되었으며, 그곳에서 작가가 경험한 응축된 에너지를 소리로 표현한다. 가파도를 오가는 선박의 무선 주파수, 섬의 발전기에서 발생하는 전기적 소음, 바람, 파도, 풀잎 소리 등을 채집하여 제작한 노이즈 음악을 배경으로 이번 영상 작품은 에너지의 움직임을 탐구한다.
