The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's standard contract for the field of fine arts does not include clauses related to assistants, technicians, and other aides. Therefore, I have drafted these clauses arbitrarily and will consult with a legal expert before proposing the inclusion of such clauses in the standard contract to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
문화체육관광부에서 고시한 미술분야 표준계약서에는 어시스트, 테크니션 등의 조력자와 관련된 조항이 없다. 따라서 나는 이러한 조항을 임의로 작성해보고 법률자문가에게 자문을 구한 후, 문화체육관광부에 이러한 표준계약서 조항의 개시를 제안한다.
